• In order to avail the banking service through mobile banking application, it is mandatory to first register the mobile number with the bank. For this you need to fill the registration form. For mobile banking, M-PIN (Login PIN) and T-PIN (Transaction PIN) will be sent to your registered mobile number through SMS and through this you can set a new PIN for M-PIN and T-PIN and login to the mobile banking application.

It is mandatory for you to manage the beneficiaries for fund transfer through the Manage Payee option.

• Private Fund Transfer (Linked account of same customer in bank branch)
  Within GDCC Bank – You can transfer monthly funds to Recurring Deposit Account through this option.
• Intra-Branch Fund Transfer (Fund Transfer to Another Account of the Bank)
  Within GDCC Bank – You can transfer funds to the account within the branch through this option.
• Interbank Fund Transfer – IMPS [Instant Fund Transfer]
  You can transfer up to ₹ 1,00,000/- (In words- ₹ one lakh only) per day through IMPS.
• You can transfer funds to another bank account using customer name, account number and IFSC code.
• One can transfer or receive funds through the bank’s mobile app on a 24X7 basis with no time limit for transacting through IMPS.

• Customers can check their account balance through the ‘Balance Inquiry’ option of the mobile app.

• Customers can get the statement of last ten transactions in their account through the Mini Statement option of the mobile app.

• Cheque Stop – Through this option you can stop the Cheque by Cheque number in your account.If any problems arise in the transaction done by you under Complaint Management, you can register them and check whether the transaction has been resolved through Complaint Management. • Under this option you can change M-PIN required for login and T-PIN required for fund transfer.

• With this option Customers can Check their ATM Card Status.
• Using This option Customers can Block their linked ATM card temporarily or permanently.
• Also by using this option Customers can Unblock their temporarily blocked ATM Card.
